How old are you?: 30
Current job: Production design editor
Dream job: Freelance editor, but like, with enough to do to live on it.
What are you talented at?: Cross-stitching and writing, probably. Drinking large amounts of iced tea.
What is a big goal you are working towards, or have already achieved? Getting well enough to start working towards my actual goals again. :\
What is your aesthetic?: If Ms. Frizzle married Wednesday Addams and they moved in together and shared a closet.
Do you collect anything?: I’ve gotten better at not collecting ALL THE MERCH! for my fandoms -- mostly because, um, it makes moving really cumbersome -- but I have a growing parade of Star Wars Funko Pops on my office shelf. I also have a lot of brooches, but I don’t really think of it as a collection. I am often on the lookout for teal glass bottles/vases/etc.
What is a topic you’re always up to talk about?: Star Wars, true crime, writing/nonfiction books/young adult lit/middle grade lit (which tbh I tend to read more of lately than YA).
What’s a pet peeve of yours?: I tend to either love things or despise things with very little wiggle-room for minor enough annoyances to be pet peeves. But I really hate when men hock loogies on the sidewalk. Like, c’mon dude.
Good advice to give?: Advocate for your damn self, because no one else is going to do it.
