his eyes are green. his magic is green. the bloodhound cloaks are green. shoutout to the previous point being called the emerald tablet btw. the colour green is often associated with nature and growth, renewal, rebirth etc. it can also be associated with jealousy or envy.
green is also the colour of the heart chakra which is in the middle of the chest and represents love & interpersonal connections. the heart chakra also ties with the repeating idea of unconditional love.
