There really is nothing hotter than a girl getting blackout drunk, fully aware that she's doing it. Like, you know you're gonna start slurring your words. You know you'll barely be able to stand up straight. You know you're gonna start acting crazy. You know you might even throw up, pass out on the floor, have to be carried to bed, and wake up with a headsplitting hungover. And you still do it?
That's hot as fuck.

[ID: An uncolored sketch of Cabby and Clover from Inanimate Insanity. Cabby has fangs and glasses added to her design. Cabby, blushing and seeming overly excited, is reaching out to Clover while shouting "Cloverr!", her excitement seeming to confuse Clover, represented by a question mark next to her. End ID.]

Cabby has now picked up Clover, closing her eyes as she hugs her close and kisses her repeatedly, saying "Ohhh, I've missed you, I've missed you, I've missed you!". Clover seems happy with several kiss marks on her, now blushing, saying "Oh! Hehehe, you're being awfully sweet today, Cabby!". End ID.]

Cabby has now pulled Clover close to her as Clover speaks, seeming more confused and out of it; Clover is offering a more reassuring expression. Clover says, "Oh, don't worry, you have! Buuut it sounds like somebody else might need a reminder!", with Cabby asking, "h-huh? who?". End ID.]
[ID: A largely uncolored sketch of Cabby and Clover from Inanimate Insanity. While the image isn't formally colored, it is notably darker than the previous images. Both of them are sitting on a chair up against several pillows while wrapped up in a blanket, though Cabby has fallen asleep, holding Clover close to her. Clover offers a gentle yet tired expression as she leans into Cabby and holds her hand, saying, "Sweet dreams, Cabby". Cabby's glasses are left on one armrest and a TV remote on the other, additionally with a faint light coming from the bottom of the image to imply they had been watching TV. End ID.]
Drunk Cabby...
Just a little idea on if Cabby was more vulnerable and needed to be taken care of. Clover helping her relax using something low-stakes like watching movies together <3 just being there for the other and making sure she has nothing to worry about.
Also because it's just cute to draw Cabby all excited and lovey.
damn I know this is a super unrealistic portrayal of being drunk and also does NOT deliver on what it says it is, but enjoy! The challenge of doing this quick was fun. I should do more prompt things.

Donât go looking to your ex-lover for comfort just because you got drunk.
You shouldnât need him.
You donât.
You just want him.
That might be worse. Is that worse? Youâre not sure.Â
The scene: Late night in the middle of June, maybe going to drizzle, who knows. The sun is long down, the sky black. Itâs a bit cold, for the summer. Deserts as well as deserts-that-arenât will do that to you.
He worked all day and stayed up late doing nothing, barely tired, starting drinking to fill the time. F*ck, Quackityâs an emotional drunk, he never wanted to be like this, like Schlatt. He starts crying a bit, wipes his eyes, eventually stops. Prime, how late is it? Heâs not going to be like Schlatt. He refuses to. Heâll run his nation well and heâs never treat hisâ f*ck, heâs alone. So alone.Â
The lover: Wilbur is alone. No, heâs lonely. Tommy will hang out with him all day, and their friends, brothers, and heâs got Ranboo, who actually seems to care about him? And everybody else too, but somehow, heâs still f*cking lonely.
If only he could sleep. Maybe then he would stop feeling like this. He just canât, tonight. At least he did okay for the past few days; itâs unlikely heâll pass out tomorrow. (Tommy hated it. Thought heâd straight up kneeled over and died. He said he was sorry but it wasnât enough. Tommy gave him sleepy tea when Wilbur awoke to explain. He drinks it. Every night; Tommy always checks his stash and refills it. Some nights, like tonight, when his brain wonât shut off, it just doesn't cut it.)Â
His thoughts turn, as they often do, to Quackity. Quackity, whose face is still perfect after everything that happened while he was away, who has He wonders how heâs doing on a night like this. He wonders what heâs doing right now.Â
He wonders if Quackity keeps anything good behind that quartz bar. Wilbur does not have any alcohol because Wilbur has barely anything at all. What time is it? Late enough. It should be easy enough to sneak or break in and take some.
He gets out of bed and creeps to the city. The Las Nevadas lights flicker.
The drink: Imported from some place that doesnât exist, vintage thatâs probably years before it was made. Tastes good though. Looks classy, but not too fancy. Kind of thing that divorced women and widows love. Anyone whoâs lost love, really, tragically. You.
He wants to find Wilbur.
He pushes the glass across the counter and considers pouring just a little more out. He taps the bottle to hear the sound it makes.Â
And thatâs when Wilbur Soot walks in like he owns the place.Â
The night: starts to look up. âQuackity!â His face lights up. âHow fortunate to find you here!âÂ
Q doesnât have the energy to tell him to leave, just moves his shoulders awkwardly in something thatâs neither a shrug nor turning away fully. He puts his head down on the table.Â
âSo!â Wilbur claps. Quackity winces. âWhat keeps you up this late?âÂ
Wilbur turned on the lights when he came in. âDim the lights,â he says. They hurt his eyes.Â
He shakes his head, but walks over to the switch. âSo rude, arenât you happy to see me?âÂ
Much better on his eyes. He raises his head and looks at Wilbur dead on for the first time. Same f*cking bastard, recognizable even in the dim lighting. What is in him to make him so perky at this hour? I wish you werenât a perfect tragedy. âYouâve got such nice hair, Wil. And eyes, let me see your eyes.â
Wilbur walks back over to the bar and asks, âAre you drunk?â He leans closer, reading the expression on Quackityâs face and his situation. âAre youâ are you lonely? If you are, thatâs great, because I am too!â
âYeah.â He says it simply. âLonely.â He closes his eyes.
Absolutely drunk. âOh, Big Q, letâs get you to bed.â He lifts his hair up, as if to check for a fever or something â who knows what goes on behind the pretty face â and Quackity feels his cheek flush from more than the alcohol.Â
The walk home: Itâs filled with little stumbles and sways. The streetlights dance. He giggles.Â
âYou know,â Quackity carefully speaks his words through his drunkenness, âIâm legally not allowed to consent right now. Otherwise I would kiss you. Well, ask you to.â He looks up at Wilbur, through dark eyelashes, and Wilburâs breath catches in his throat.Â
His hand not supporting Quackity flies to his mouth. âOh! Big Q, we must continue this conversation in the morning.â
Quackity vaguely feels like heâs said something he didnât want to, but he pushes the idea off. Wilbur is holding him, so clearly everything is right in the world. âOh,â Wilbur says, âI donât actually know where to put you.â
âThat one,â Quackity says, simultaneously trying to gesture to a door and the pocket holding his key. He manages to get it out but drops it. Wilbur picks it up.
Home: He pushes Q inside and gently places him on the sofa. ââm sick,â he protests.Â
âWhat?â Wilbur had started to go get some water, but turns around.Â
âGonna be sick,â he clarifies, and he stumbles off the couch. Wilbur follows him to the bathroom. Itâs a shiny, white place, and he feels out of place in it, his oily skin and dirty clothes.Â
When Quackity kneels in front of the toilet, Wilbur holds back the hair that almost gets in his mouth.
He would focus on the touch if he werenât already focusing on the nausea and its consequences. He mumbles something when heâs done, too distorted to be understood. Thanks pretty boy.Â
âRemember to wash out your mouth,â he says. Q nods and does so, movements shaky. âCome on, letâs go to bed.âÂ
He points in the right direction and Wilbur supports him along. He pulls open the covers of the neatly made bed and helps Q into it. He turns to leave.
But. âStay.â
So he does. Itâs a very soft bed. He lies down just far away enough that itâs easy to pretend there isnât another warm body in there, but Quackity moves over and clings to him.Â
In all honesty, Wilbur isnât used to the warmth and it makes him a bit uncomfortable, but itâs Quackity and for a moment he doesnât feel so terribly alone and romantically unfulfilled.
He sleeps well, that night.
After: You hate yourself the next morning, but he doesn't hate you.
He didnât leave. You donât tell him to get out.
Four in the afternoon. âGoddamnit, Wilbur, are you gonna kiss me or not? I see you look like that and you know how I feel, man.â
