--- Keldeo could never understand why people would give Zekrom dirty looks, or call them a monster. They were one of the nicest people he had ever met. He had tried asking, not too long after they had met, but his question had only been met with silence.
--- He doubted either of them would have thought it could have escalated so far. He didn't think either of them could've predicted their once fun day of play would have ended with a sword through Keldeo's chest, as blood pooled around him.
--- He could feel Zekrom pick him up and hold him close. He kept coughing up blood, and everything hurt, and he felt both light and heavy at the same time. He wanted to say something-- to thank Zekrom for being his friend. But he couldn't get the words out, and, though it felt like hours, it was only a few moments before he gave one last shuddering breath, his body going limp in their arms.
