Faenethra didn't answer at first. Instead, she looked around, investigating their surroundings as Iago spoke. After all...they were right. She could feel it too, that strange draft of cold air that blew through the pair and left the room feeling a few degrees colder. Faenethra supposed this was to be expected. They were investigating the ruins of a small temple; nothing too underground or tight this time, but danger could potentially be lurking around every corner. Or, perhaps, it was nothing. The temple was supposedly abandoned, after all.
" It could be a draft, " the drow said as she continued to investigate their surroundings. " Maybe we accidentally pressed something that opened an entrance to the outside... It could be some sort of air elemental nearby. It could be a spirit. " If one believes in that sort of thing...which Faenethra knew Iago did.
She turned to her companion. " If it's trouble, I'll take care of it. But it could be nothing. We may still want to keep our voices down, just in case. "
|| I don’t think I’ve mentioned it before, but when you think about it… Neth has a strong likeness to Eilistraee’s avatar. This wasn’t intentional (I had no idea what Eilistraee looked like, nor did I know what connection she would have to Neth, when I designed her..!!) but it’s there nonetheless~
It’s the tall (or in Neth’s case, on the taller side) woman with a lithe frame and dark skin paired with stark light hair. Her face delicately shaped (although Neth’s scowl usually offsets her would-be gentle features) with pale irises that give the impression of fully white eyes. And beautiful. VERY beautiful~
