sweet, sticky, they have a earthy, honey like flavor. figs were cleopatra's favorite fruit. she ordered that the snake she intended to end her life with, be brought to her hidden in a basket of figs. an ancient fruit that has always fascinated painters, poets and storytellers. yours too is a love that should belong to books and paintings. your love is steady, the people you love know how deep your feelings are because you always remember them how much you love and desire them, and that you will always be there. maybe not with words, expressing your feelings might not be easy for you. it's your actions and attentions that let them know, because they feel seen and heard. figs are luscious, sensual fruits. you're a passionate lover, you crave warmth and touch. you do not fall in love easily, maybe you used to when you were younger but you have now learned better. because you learned that when you love you give it all, you sacrifice a lot and you cannot do that carelessly. like the female fig wasp that, when entering an unripe fig to pollinate its flowers, loses her antennae and wings. you're a quiet devoted lover. yours is an unwavering deeply rooted love. your love is intense, almost overwhelming like figs are, swollen with hundreds of seeds. there's something quite disturbing when looking at its flesh. but that's what it gives it that crunchy, popping feeling, the same of a love that does not know boredom. but beware. you might be a lot to handle, and some times it might be hard for you to remember that not everyone loves as fiercely as you do. let your intensity be a gift, not a burden.

(note that in julia's marvel verse, she is usually being observed / occasionally fucked with / occasionally murdered by Loki due to BACKSTORY REASONS! it's very cat-with-a-mouse-corpse for the most part, though I do have spots in the timeline where he seduced her / they briefly fell in love / etc. The important bit is that she is not aware of her past lives and would need to recover those memories in order to know any of it happened. a lot of the inciting incidents I use for plotting include "some freak in green pajamas is stalking me and i was sent to the Fucking Avengers about it???" type shit. I am down to workshop other options if you have better ideas, Julia is EXTREMELY mutable due to the nature of her character.) I'm open to shipping / found family / enemies / whatever for these, they're just plot starters.

PETER PARKER / SPIDERMAN / VARIANTS. Julia, a neurobiology PhD candidate and Normal Civilian, has been told that due to Loki-related dangers that none of the powers that be can source yet, she's getting a 24-hour security detail. The following day, she gets a call from a number that's been sitting in her phone unused for 4+ years: your character, her lab partner from Freshman Chem. When she answers, Spiderman introduces himself as her security detail. (Shipping, found family, really could work for most dynamics.)

THANOS. Thanos discovers that Julia has been evading Lady Death for centuries and resolves to kidnap her and hold her hostage for the Lady to collect. (Straight antagonism, Stockholm Syndrome, or a thing where Thanos is never wanted by Death and Julia is never collected by Death and they come to a weird, grim, mutual understanding. Could be a starter to work with other OCs/characters as well, especially Gamora/GOTG.)

STEVE / BUCKY / ANY. It is early 1941, and Julia is, for the era, mostly normal. She works as a typist and keeps house for her widowed father. She is approaching 24 and still doesn't seem to care to meet men. The arc goes like this: she meets your character, they maybe fall in love, then your character is shipped out, "dies" in the war, and leaves behind a grieving young widow. Fast forward to modern day. Your character wakes up/is recovered, only to find that Julia passed away in the 80s. But then your character sees a person identical to Julia, in her early twenties, and the more your character gets to know her, the more oddly similar she is, in almost every way. (Written for shipping, but if you have other dynamic ideas that would fit here, I'm open to discussing!)

WADE WILSON / DEADPOOL. Wade cannot die because Death made it so. Julia cannot stay dead because Death overlooked her. Wade, in his own cosmic bullshit way, is the only person who can actually diagnose her problem. If it becomes romance, it's doomed, because he can't die and when she dies, he would have to tear through timelines to find her, and she might be a child, and she *definitely* wouldn't remember him. (Shipping, enemies-to-friends, reluctant allies, I'm open to building bigger plots around this!)
