♌:  three things my muse is enthusiastic about:
1. Defending the Defenseless.
Padfoot, like many others in the wastes, grew up in constant danger and peril, and not always from the vicious wildlife or harsh environment. Too many people in the world take the lives of others into their own hands, whether out of necessity, a misguided sense of justice, or just sheer twisted pleasure. Padfoot was a victim of domestic and parental abuse, and thus sees himself as a man worthy of deciding who is good and who is evil. BY NO RIGHTS DO I BELIEVE HE IS ACTUALLY JUSTIFIED. HE ISN’T.
2. Preserving Nature.
Nature has been scarred, horrendously, and it was by (supposedly) human hands. Padfoot believes we are all responsible, as a species, for preserving what little natural growth remains in the world. Flaura must be regrown, fauna must be allowed to flourish in a controlled manner that benefits all. Padfoot first took up the role of Ranger in the traditional sense, a wandering warden of nature, acting on her behalf. Only over time did that develop into the Desert Ranger he grew up to be.
3. Music.
He may not look like it, but Padfoot can play. His guitar was the only thing that brought him peace of mind as a child at home, until it was destroyed one night by an agitated father. If given the chance, he could play a tune or two that would attempt to jerk a tear or two. Old heartfelt country songs, blues numbers, anything that vents his deepest emotions in a subtle, unrevealing way.
♍:  is my muse shy?:
That’s a tricky thing to answer. He isn’t shy in situations he is familiar with. He can keep a straight face and a brave heart in a good conversation, or an abrupt introduction. However, there are many aspects of social interactions that he hasn’t experienced yet. A sudden reveal from a crushing admirer, a confession of love, a vent of deep emotions and thoughts. In these situations, he struggles to understand what it is he’s supposed to say or do, but he’ll still try his hardest.
So no, I guess. I wouldn’t say he’s shy, more likely he’s a little socially inexperienced and awkward.
