Tonight I finally replaced the capacitors in my Super Nintendo!! It wasn't the easiest thing I've ever done, but it also isn't the hardest. Mostly just fiddly, and I'm not the best at soldering so I had to do some troubleshooting which led me to redo some work a couple of times. All in all, would do again! I think I learned a lot, and the difference is astounding! The first image is before, and the two following images are after the fix. I'm calling this a win!
It also means I'll just be doing Samurai Goroh Mute City time trials until the day I die.
