Something has been off with my... sinuses? teeth? since late last year on and off and it's always been pretty mild but it's gotten a bit more pronounced over the last couple of days. It comes and goes but it's giving me a lot of anxiety right now IN ADDITION to the anxiety I have about this seven-hour car ride I have tomorrow. So I'm worried about that and worried that my symptoms might suddenly get worse while I'm in the middle of nowhere away from my comfortable home environment. And I know that's literally textbook anxiety but that doesn't help it go away. I've resolved to see a professional about my sinus problem when I get back, but I went back in February and the NP told me it was a sinus infection that would go away on its own. Well, it hasn't, and now it's got me losing my mind a little. I don't even know if I should see a doctor or a dentist. It doesn't stop me from eating and the discomfort/sensitivity is never beyond what I would describe as "noticeable" but something isn't right and I wish it would just go away.
