I am in desperate need of a Shuri/Namor RP. I'm down to play either of them.
I'm a third person novella/multi para writer on discord, but I'm also okay with shorter things, so long as you're literate.
I have a couple ideas below the cut, but I'm also cool with brainstorming
Shuri stays in Talocan to try after Nakia goes to rescue her. She saves the guard and she still wants to try to salvage things for peace. What happens from there? Idk. Marriage of convenience or Shuri managing to talk Namor around to a more peaceful plan and something slow growing from there. (Though, with the state of mind Shuri is in at the part in the movie, he could just as well be the one doing the talk around - just to burn the world instead of peace.)
Hades x Persephone AU. Let's be real, the vibes were there. Give me Hades Namor and Persephone Shuri who goes under the water half the year before returning to her mother/her country the other half.
Arranged Marriage AU. Could be they agree to marry for peace between their people somewhere in the movie timeline. Could be totally AU with Princess Shuri marrying him while either her father or brother are still in power in Wakanda to create an alliance.
Dark!Shuri/Burn the World. Shuri agrees to ally with Namor and they take over the world together - for the sake of their people.
Forbidden Love AU. Somewhere down the line Wakanda and Talocan did get into a war. Now, when Namor and Shuri's feelings begin to grow, they'll have to chose between their people and their love for one another. (That said, my inspiration for this one is that lovely poem: Mother, you don’t understand; I made Hades run to me.; He saw my bones beneath; And offered me half his kingdom.; Do you really think I ate the fruit unwillingly?)
Merman AU. Don't have a good name for this one. But handsome merman from the sea and princess from the land with a forbidden/difficult love? Yes please.
Post-Movie. Where they go from here. Peace and collaboration between their people. Or if the rest of the surface world comes for Wakanda and war comes.
// Salem witch trials, but FFVIII? Yeah, I know that sounds dumb, but hear me out. It will be Nothing like the aformentioned sorceress war: “Adel trying to rule the world”. But its people and the government being sick of sorceresses having so much power and not knowing if they will attack or be docile? So the solution is to purge every witch to prevent catastrophes like Ultimecia attempted on humanity. THEN theres the knights who MUST protect their witches who accept their fate to fight and keep them safe.
So theres the government vs. the sorceress & knights. Moreover theres uncovered forbidden tomb prophecising humanity’s push back against witches. And it basically says Hyne hid 7 celetial weapons within the earth to protect his power (aka the sorceresses) from being expelled from the world entirely?? And ofc, those weapons belong to the knights.
HOWEVERRRR!!! If sorceress and knight are only together to obtain power, (ex; only wants the weapon to harness the power for self gain) and not for the bond that was chosen between them, the weapon will turn on the weilder and kill them in the most grusome way possible.
So the government and the knights are searching EVERYWHERE for said weapons. A) so the knights can unlock their full potential and become a one man army, and B) so the government can get rid of them along with the sorceresses.

I just want a plot where Muse A always get teased a bit in a friendly manner by Muse B, and it’s not anything bad, it’s just Muse A has mixed feelings of liking but hating them at the same time so they always react to it dramatically. They also can’t escape it because they have the same best friend/friend circle and always end up seeing each other at hangouts, parties, stuff like that. One day Muse A is either getting bad mouthed or teased by someone, or they’re coming onto them in a bad way. It’s just obvious they hate it or they want them to go away, enough to actually make them cry, then here comes Muse B, pissed off someone is even talking to Muse A that way and end up nearly beating them the fuck up. Muse A and Muse B start to talk and end up getting really deep feels for each other and just fluffy cuteness.
