Penny was waterproof, but that didn’t mean she liked getting wet. If she was damaged at all, if any water got in her, she could possibly short circuit and that would be a problem, especially without Ironwood around to fix her. That didn’t stop her from carefully leaning over the edge of the water, staring down in awe at the koi swimming in its depths.

Unfortunately for Penny, she was a robot and thus made out of rather heavy metal. Heavy metal plus unstable bank equaled Penny taking a bath in the lake. She was only in the water for moments though, quickly crawling out of the water and onto the bank - now covered in water and mud.
