" -- What a G R E A T question! Believe it or not, the best have been through stage fright, too. Yes, even me. The best thing to remember is that when you step out there, you're not you. Acting is so fabulous because you have this wonderful chance to be anything else. As soon as you start speaking, they see and judge the character, not you. And if they are judging you, so what? It boils down to what you think. ---------------------Oh, I could not close this without suggesting some exercises before you go on stage for whatever reason. I recommend doing some lip trills or shaking out your body to loosen up before you go on. Loosening up is a big part. And remember to focus on your character. Sometimes I sit backstage and get into character before, so I can fully become the character I play. And don't forget to relax! I'm sure with my advice you'll do great!"
