It’s not that Dorian doesn’t have his own wi-fi, that’s not it at all. He actually has pretty decent wi-fi. But considering he doesn’t work at all during the day, it just makes more sense to do all his heavy duty, bandwidth using downloading and such at the library, where the wi-fi is free. So he can preserve his internet for important things, like internet porn and Youtube vine compilation to watch while he’s stoned.
Also free air conditioning.
