my resting rate was 100-110, just laying there, not doing anything. I wanted to see if I could mess around with it and send my heart into a tachy, but wasn’t sure I’d succeed.

What do you know, my first arm raise the feeling washes over me like a pressurey tiredness, like I could go to sleep at any second, the last thing I saw before i temporarily lost consciousness was 140 on my watch. Luckily I fell into my bed. But did I get up and do it again until I almost hit 160? Yes 😏

Maybe I will go record for you lovelies and let you listen to my frantic heart? 💓

P.S, I was doing this in the shower today, and my heart completely flipped out, and my watch said I went into Atrial Fibrillation 😮‍💨 I wish I could’ve caught that on camera, but luckily I have the ECG. I wanna feel my heart like this more, I was so excited when the notification came up 🥴

I ordered a new TENS machine that’s arrived today and I’m gonna be (very carefully) playing with it when I get home. 😇 maybe I’ll post a pic of that if anybody’s interested 👀

I wish I could afford a Healforce 3 Lead ECG, that’s been my dream play toy for years, oh well, one day 😈 and you guys will be the first to know!
