In the original Chinese text she says this:

岩間瑠璃⋯雲間月⋯ (lit. glaze among mountain peaks, moon among clouds)

There are similar expressions in the game describing Liyue with the words "瑠璃" (glaze/lapis lazuli) and "月" (moon). Liyue is spelled the same way in Chinese as "璃月". The NPC Qingzhou in particular explains the etymology.

Qingzhou: [...]There is a saying about Liyue's name[...]: "As man hides Li in a box, so nature hides Yue between the clouds," Li being a precious ceramic ornament and Yue referring to the moon.

Of all the translations it's "the peaks adorn the clouded moon". Looking at the literal translation, the expression makes sense as Glaze and Moon are one and the same subject of adornment by the mountain peaks and clouds.
