Season 15 Tour
Hi everyone! I haven't had a chance to post anything on here this season, but wanted to give a bit of a fair warning about tour this year.
First of all the show is great! The dancers are amazing and they put on a fantastic show. Some of them were almost literally in every dance. It was crazy how much they put into this performance. But I have to say if you're gonna buy tickets, go see the show...but skip the meet and greet.
The tour is under a new VIP management team this year and the meet and greet is literally just a photo op. And its only with 6 of the dancers instead of all of them. There's no actual meet and greet like other seasons where you would take the group photo with all of the dancers and then mingle in a room with them for 30 minutes. So this new set up was very disappointing to say the least. I had only planned on doing the show and skipping the meet and greet this year because I never really got too attached to this season, but when I saw Lauren Froderman was going on tour i splurged (and i mean splurged because the tickets were way more expensive this year) and got the tickets specifically so I could meet her and take a photo. So not getting to do the normal meet and greet was disappointing.
Obviously I'm not mad at the dancers or So You Think in general, because they really don't have to much say in how the tour is run. I just wanted to let everyone know, dont waist your money thinking you'll get to meet specific dancers because you might not get the chance to meet everyone you'd like.
