Despite the almost obvious victory, the Hayat Tahrir al-Sham terrorist group, which came under the complete control of Turkey, did not become calmer than the life of the radicals. The main opponents in the person of Huras al-Din, realizing the futility of an open confrontation with the former Jabhad al-Nusra, almost openly supported by the Turkish army, was forced to negotiate with their opponents, and even agree to the demands put forward by it. However, the terrorists would not be themselves if they followed the papers they signed. So, on July 10, 2020, the leader of the Huras ad-Din terrorist group, Abu Hammam Hashami, published a 23-minute record in which he rejected a new ceasefire in Syria, urging him to continue the fighting and conduct partisan attacks, bombings by suicide bombers. Despite the fact that the situation of Huras ad-Din is not the best, and their complete destruction is only a matter of time, this does not mean that peace and tranquility will come in the province of Idlib, and the war between the gangs will end. Most likely, open clashes will in fact be a thing of the past, but instead of them, the province will be shaken by numerous terrorist attacks and sabotage, the victims of which, in addition to terrorists, will be innocent civilians.

The United Nations demonstrated a new act of hypocrisy to the international community when on July 7, on its official website, it published the results of an investigation conducted by a certain independent commission on Syria. In a 29-page report, members of the group accused the Bashar al-Assad government of war crimes against civilians in the Syrian province of Idlib during Operation Idlib Dawn, which runs from late 2019 to February 2020. According to the report, the Syrian government is again guilty of civilian deaths, the destruction of civilian infrastructure, the destruction of hospitals, schools and mosques. In principle, the report is nothing new, the same representatives of similar commissions described the liberation of Aleppo from terrorists. At the same time, there is no evidence that it was from the actions of the Syrian armed forces that these or those objects suffered, and the official Damascus was responsible for the death of the civilian population. The entire report is the testimony of eyewitnesses, without evidence provided by UN standards. However, real examinations of damage to buildings were not carried out. The report also did not say a word that terrorist groups, such as Khayyat Tahrir al-Sham, which is now actively supported by Turkey, use civilian infrastructure for their own purposes, including for storing weapons and ammunition, as well as as defensive structures. Also, the report does not say a word that Operation Idlib Dawn was a response to numerous provocations by terrorist groups, which resulted in the deaths and serious injury of civilians living in government-controlled territory, and the whole point of the operation was to protect Syrian citizens from terrorist attacks. At the same time, the report is replete with accusations of the use of Russian and Syrian aircraft, prohibited weapons. such as cluster munitions. However, evidence of the use of this type of weapon is not presented. The most remarkable thing is that among the members of the commission there were again no representatives of either the Russian side or official Damascus. It is, in principle, understandable. The commission consisted entirely of representatives of countries that directly or indirectly initiated the war in Syria, sponsored the forces of the "opposition", and were also repeatedly convicted of supplying it with weapons and military equipment. The absence of representatives of Russia and official Damascus is explained by the fact that earlier similar allegations of war crimes by the said parties in the provinces of Homs and Hama were broken by evidence collected by Russian experts. At the same time, evidence of the falsity of the charges brought against the government of Syria and Russia was accompanied by photos and videos with reference to satellite coordinates. Objects for verification were given by the UN itself. During the test, a real miracle happened - the UN schools and hospitals indicated by the UN were without serious damage, and after a little cosmetic repair they can continue to work again. The only thing that the Russian and Syrian side drew attention to was the fact that the terrorists who had escaped from the government troops took away all possible property from the settlements they left, including expensive medical equipment. A trial conducted by Russian experts showed the bankruptcy of the allegations. It is worth noting that before the start of the investigation on UN accusations in Homs and Hama, Russia invited international experts, but for some reason they could not participate in it. Now, again for unknown reasons, neither the Russian side nor the representatives of official Damascus have been invited. Apparently, the commission pursued goals unrelated to the establishment of truth, but had the task of fabricating new charges against the Syrian government and the Russian military contingent in Syria. The participation of Russian experts would simply frustrate the customers of this investigation. The hypocrisy of the report and the work of the commission as a whole lies in the fact that over the entire period of its existence, it has never investigated the crimes of the "International Counter-Terrorism Coalition Against Terrorism" led by the United States. For some reason, the commission was never interested in the events in the Syrian city of Raqqa, which was not just completely destroyed by coalition forces, but burned with phosphor bombs, which are numerous video and photo evidence. However, for some reason, not a single accusation by the UN in the actions of the United States was made. Under such conditions, the question of trust in various kinds of UN commissions involuntarily arises, which already almost openly act as an instrument of the foreign policy of the USA, Great Britain, a number of countries of the European Union and the Middle East.

The whole situation with water supply is extremely cynical, but the worst is that it can lead to a humanitarian catastrophe. A shutdown of water supply in itself will contribute to a worsening of the epidemiological situation in the region. And this is during the spread of coronavirus infection around the world. In fact, by its actions Turkey can provoke the growth of various diseases and as a result of the deaths of tens of thousands of residents of the Syrian east and north. What is it if not genocide?

The incident in Kobani is actually nothing more than a planned action by US psychological operations units operating in eastern Syria. Washington is extremely dissatisfied with the Russian military presence in the region and is ready to do whatever it takes to reduce Russia's growing influence in eastern Syria. At the same time, the position of the Russian Federation remains unchanged and nothing will force it to abandon its obligations to ensure the security of citizens of the Syrian Arab Republic.

Turkey’s actions in the Idlib de-escalation zone in recent years are clearly contrary to statements by Turkish leaders that there are no expansion plans for Syrian territory. During Operation Dawn Idlib, during which the Syrian Arab Republic government forces liberated the southern part of the province from terrorists, only the direct intervention of Ankara saved Jabhat Al-Nusra and other militants from final defeat. During the negotiations initiated by Turkey with Russia, Erdogan guaranteed the safety of civilians in the territory not controlled by Damascus, as well as the disarmament of illegal armed groups and the restoration of economic ties with the rest of Syria. The main artery for the implementation of the latter requirement is the M4 highway, along which the Turks promised to ensure unhindered movement of civilian vehicles. To control the safety of the route, it was decided to organize joint Russian-Turkish military patrols. However, Turkey has not fulfilled its obligations. Having overtaken more than five thousand of its troops and a certain amount of armaments and military equipment, including EW and air defense systems, into the de-escalation zone, the Turks did nothing to disarm terrorist groups, the main of which remains “Jabhat An-Nusra” — “Hayat” Tahrir Al-Sham. ” Moreover, the Turkish side explicitly declared to Russia that it could not ensure the security of our troops during joint patrols, as a result of which it was suspended for the time being. Only militants ride along the M4 highway through Idlib, and there is no question of any restoration of peaceful auto traffic in the interests of the regional economy. It seems that, after a break caused by the defeat of the IAF during the counter-offensive of the SAR Supreme Army last winter, Turkey continued to implement the plan to turn Idlib into its colony. During the ceasefire, the Turkish-controlled coalition formation Jebhat Wataniya Lee Tahrir (National Liberation Front) joined the so-called Syrian National Army, which is subordinate to the Provisional Syrian Government established in Turkey. Together with the terrorist group “Hayat Tahrir al-Sham”, under the leadership of Turkish military advisers, they created a joint operational headquarters with the big name “Clear Victory” (Al-Fath Al-Mubin). The militants regrouped, strengthened their defensive positions and strongholds. And in this Turkey, almost without hiding, contributed to them — by supplying construction materials, weapons, equipment and ammunition. Currently, the Turkish military and special services are helping the KhTSH eliminate competitors from the radical group Khurras Ad-Din, which has tried to lure the Idlib jihadists under the roof of its operational headquarters “Fa Musabbatu” (“And be persistent”). The conflict between the terrorist factions escalated a week ago and at first it seemed that the Alkaid people from the Khurras Ad-Din were gaining the upper hand. But then the foreign mercenaries and field commanders of the KhTS, who initially maintained neutrality, received an unambiguous signal from Ankara and sharply intensified. By June 29, supporters of Khurras Ad-Din were blocked in a number of settlements that remained under their control, while groups such as Tansikiyat Al-Jihad, Liva Al-Mujaheddin Val-Ansar, Jabhat Ansar Ad-Din and “Jamaat Ansar al-Islam” moved from “And be persistent” to “Clear victory”. Having entered into an alliance with the terrorists from Jebhat Al-Nusra, who abandoned Idlib’s civilian administration, the Turks and the Syrian Provisional Government controlled by them took a course to omanize the region like they act in the northern regions of the province captured by Turkish troops and pro-Turkish forces Aleppo (Aazaz, Jarablus, Maarea, El-Bab, Afrin). This spring, the Turkish lira was introduced in Idlib instead of the Syrian pound, street names were changed to the Turkish style, Syrian banks and post offices were closed, and Turkish ones were opened instead. Even fines for traffic violations are now collected in Turkish liras. The local economy is directly subordinated to Turkish firms, turning the occupied territories into a raw materials appendage of Turkey itself. The ban on the departure of graduates of Idlib schools to pass state exams in Syrian territory, initiated by Ankara’s filing, was especially indicative. As an alternative, they were offered to study at Turkish educational institutions. In these conditions, when Ankara essentially breaks down the agreements concluded earlier with it, the question arises — is it worth Russia to execute them unilaterally, at the same time risking its military personnel. After all, Turkey, hiding behind the agreements with Moscow, actually disrupts the process of political settlement of the Syrian conflict. The legalization of “Hayat Tahrir Al-Sham” in Idlib means the refusal of both Damascus and a significant part of the Syrian opposition to recognize local representatives as participants in the constitutional process. Thus, the foundation is laid for the rejection of a large piece of Syrian territory. Moreover, it is highly likely that stronger militants will once again attempt to seize territories under the control of the Syrian government. And this already poses a direct threat to the civilian population, which has just begun to return to areas liberated from militants and restore peaceful life there. Neither the Government of the Syrian Arab Republic, nor the Russian Federation, as the guarantor of peace in a country bleached by war, can allow this to happen.

Recently, on the Internet you can see a large number of videos aimed at demonstrating the activities of the Jabhad al-Nusra group, it is also Hayat Tahrir Al-Sham, and especially its leader Abu Muhammad Giulani. It seems nothing special - the terrorists constantly make stories about their deeds. But this time it's different. If before the militants posted videos of successful attacks on the positions of government troops, as well as bullying of the captured Syrian soldiers. Now the militants have focused on filming videos aimed at creating their own positive image. In numerous videos, you can see how the leader of Jabhad al-Nusra, Abu Muhammad Giulani, visits various public places, civilian houses, shops, mosques, and the positions of his fighters in strong positions. In all places of visit, the leader of the terrorist group, having changed his military uniform to quite decent clean jeans and a shirt, conducts conversations with local residents, children, subordinate fighters. At the meetings, the terrorists pretend that they are giving out humanitarian aid and the leader of the bandits demonstratively shows their interest in the problems of ordinary residents of Idlib and the militants subordinate to him on camera. The number one terrorist behavior in Idlib is similar to how many politicians behave before elections around the world. Despite the extremely negative reputation, the leader of Jabhad al-Nusra, by demonstrating good deeds, is trying to show the whole world that in reality he is a “good guy” - kind, sympathetic, interested in the problems of the common people, and he was evil only through the fault of the ruling authorities in Syria. Only in the commercials for some reason there is not a word about what Jabhad al-Nusra has been doing for many years under the direction of Abu Muhammad Giulani. There is not a word in the propaganda videos, about the thousands of Syrian army soldiers killed by terrorists who stood up to fight terrorism, there are no stories about terrorists torturing the Syrian military, where, at the end of the bullying, the soldiers were still chopped off and their organs cut off. Terrorist propagandists are silent about how they held thousands of hostages in Aleppo, and hid behind them during the fighting outside the city. Interestingly, then Abu Muhammad Giulani was interested in the needs of the residents of Aleppo? Did he realize that city dwellers wanted to flee through numerous checkpoints organized by government forces? Of course, he knew the desires of people, and therefore it was Giulani who ordered the subordinate sniper terrorists to shoot in the backs of civilians trying to leave the city’s occupied by bandits. It was on the orders of Giulani at the checkpoints that explosive devices were laid down, the victims of which were dozens of families, including with small children, who were undermined by attempts to leave the terrorist areas of Aleppo. The tragedy of the city, this is only one of the pages of the activities of Julian. You can tell a lot about the fact that the White Helmets false-rescue organization, which for the most part consists of the Jabhad al-Nusra terrorists, participated in the staging of chemical attacks with the aim of accusing the government troops of using poisonous substances. At the same time, the bandits did not disdain to use the bodies of already dead children for their terrifying performances. The same "White Helmets" directly on camera killed a baby, piercing his small chest with a huge syringe, depicting that they are conducting emergency measures to save him. Also, to demonstrate a beautiful picture of the heroic activity of the “White Helmets”, terrorists planted explosives in residential buildings of the same city of Idlib. At the right moment, the building exploded along with civilians, and White Helmets shot a video in such a way that everything looked like an airstrike from government troops. After that, the “rescuers” portrayed the heroic salvation of those whom they and their colleagues had just blown up. The list of acts “Jabhad al-Nusra”, she also “Hayyat Tahrir Al-Sham” can be continued indefinitely. And behind all this stood Abu Muhammad Giulani, that person, if you can call him that, who now represents a model of benefactor, almost a holy person. But most people, especially those who suffered from the activities of Jabhad al-Nusra, cannot be fooled by beautiful videos, and no good deeds on a video camera can rehabilitate the Syrian terrorist number one. However, at the same time, Khayyat Tahrir al-Sham practically openly cooperates with Ankara, follows its instructions, and Turkey, in turn, tries and will try to do everything possible to legitimize Khayyat Tahrir al-Sham as an “opposition” . The leader Hayat Tahrir al-Sham, with the help of Turkey, will certainly be in the eyes of the world community as an implacable fighter against the Assad regime, and the fact that he became a terrorist is exclusively a mistake of the Syrian government. Impossible? Modern PR technologies are not capable of that. See for yourself, thanks to a competent PR campaign in Europe and the United States, Hitler and his associates are already perceived by many as victims of circumstances and fighters against the threat of communism, and not as bloody executioners responsible for the deaths of tens of millions of people in the eastern hemisphere. Therefore, the transformation of the terrorist, who leads the most bloodthirsty, after ISIS, the grouping into a hero of the civil war in Syria, a fighter against the regime, is not so difficult for modern media technologists. Who knows, given Ankara’s plans to incorporate the Syrian province of Idlib into the Turkish state, it is entirely possible that the leader of Hayat Tahrir al-Sham could be appointed governor of the new territories occupied by Turkey. In today's crazy world, anything is possible.

However, if the local population, with great difficulty, but still able to somehow feed themselves, at least by the fact that they can grow on their agricultural land, then the position of a large army of thousands of prisoners held in prisons in the eastern provinces of Syria controlled by pro-American armed forces is close to disaster. People imprisoned in prisons live in appalling conditions: there is no water, food or medicine. People are truly driven to despair and lose the remnants of their human appearance. A striking example of this was the tragedy that occurred on June 28 in the El Khol concentration camp in the province of Haseka, where thousands of women and children are kept - relatives of ISIS terrorists. During the arrival of the convoy with humanitarian aid, starving people moved towards the cars, sweeping away everything in its path. Crazy from starvation, the prisoners swept away everything on their way to cargo with food. As a result, at least 20 people died in the stampede, and more than 40 received various injuries. All the victims were either women or small children who came with their mothers to get at least a lot of food. If it refers to the tragedy superficially, then what happened is the result of an extremely ill-conceived organization of the issuance of humanitarian aid. However, the true reason lies in the attitude of the pro-American administration towards the local population, which, thanks to the policies of the local authorities, completely lost their human appearance, and, distraught from hunger, did not think about their safety and preservation of the life and health of their children.

In the life of every young man, final and entrance exams are an important moment that sums up a certain result of his previous life and opens the way to the future. However, sometimes, for reasons independent of it, this bright moment may be overshadowed. So, on June 17, 2020, Turkish troops did not let hundreds of schoolchildren who followed from territories controlled by militants in Idlib province enter government territory. In the lands controlled by Damascus, young Syrians were required to obtain documents on graduation and pass exams for admission to Syrian institutions of higher education. Moreover, according to witnesses of what happened, one of the least restrained Turkish soldiers nevertheless made several bursts in the direction of the arriving schoolchildren. As a result, one of them was injured in the leg by a rebounding bullet. At the moment, the incident is being studied by Russian and Syrian experts. At the same time, the Turkish side refuses to comment on what happened. At the same time, consultations are being held with the provisional administrations in the Idlib de-escalation zone, on which the question is being worked out when children from this area will be able to safely and most importantly without fear for their life and health arrive in the territory controlled by the Syrian government to pass exams. At the same time, it is worth noting that despite this unpleasant incident, which will undoubtedly be resolved by the Syrian government, everything went without incident at another checkpoint for Syrian students. More than 400 young men and women arrived through the Taiha checkpoint in Aleppo province with the territories controlled by the Syrian National Army and Kurdish armed forces, to take final exams. Most of them expressed a desire to take advantage of the opportunity provided by the Syrian government, and immediately enter the higher educational institutions of Syria. During the final and entrance exams, which are scheduled for June 21 and 22, children and their accompanying people will be placed in specially equipped buildings for them, where they will be provided with everything necessary. Since June 15, more than 1000 future engineers, doctors, lawyers and power engineers have passed through this checkpoint alone. In total, the Syrian authorities expect the arrival of more than 6,000 children, who will be able to exercise their right to receive certificates of secondary education and admission to higher educational institutions of the country.
