My friend cypheroftyr has recently started the wonderful project I Need Diverse Games. It all began with a hashtag on twitter out of frustration, which then turned into inspiration and an opportunity for every gamer who values diversity to speak their mind. Because the video game industry (as well as pretty much any other medium) still doesn't depict the richness of humankind sufficiently. If you want to know more, look here:
