when you’re interacting with minors’ blogs yourself, or interacting with sfw blogs (that usually say very clearly in the description they don’t want nsfw/adult interaction) that are usually ran by minors, or their interactions are predominated by minors, you are actively exposing yourself to minors.

when you actively engage in fandoms of content that is either predominated by or literally created for minors, ESPECIALLY when you are consuming pornographic material of that content, or ANYTHING depicting minors (even if they’re “just fiction/fantasy”), you are still actively exposing yourself to minors. in fact, this kind of behavior is what makes minors think it’s acceptable for them to exist in adult spaces, or that they’re “different” and “mature” enough to, because you’re consuming or making nsfw content of kids their age or younger or their interests and normalizing this to them. not to mention, of course, consuming/making content like that even if it’s fictional/drawn/etc. especially if you’re exposing it to minors as well is literally p*dophilia and is recognized as such in at least 20 countries, and at least in the united states is in violation of the PROTECT act of 2003. 

even aside from exposing minors with your own posts and interactions, most blogs on here don’t even participate in standard measures ANY nsfw blog should be taking; like hiding your blog from search results & limiting visibility to the dashboard (or ensuring your desktop/mobile blog doesn’t show the adult content, via a redirect or otherwise), blocking the minors that you see on your dash, and blocking AND reporting the ones that interact with you.  if the most you will do is reblog superficial “teehee minors dni” posts occasionally, and maybe hide something similar in your description after the 4 mile long in-depth analysis of your kinks and ships and whether you’re a “dom” or a “sub”, you are actively allowing minors onto your blog.
