I haven’t posted on here in a while, but I had to today because I shocked myself with my #OTFResults after my workout at @otfshrewsburyplaza . I got over half my class in the very uncomfortable zones and eight of those minutes were in the extremely uncomfortable zone. I’m so impressed with myself! I’m back at it, and I’m back at it STRONG!!! The picture on the left is from November 28th, 2018 (the last time I “worked out”). The@one on the right is from today, December 3rd, 2018. This I did a out eighteen times better today, then I did on November 28th. The moral of the story is that this just goes to show you that just sometimes, you body NEEDS that break. If you can do you can do yourself the favor of working out, then you can also do yourself the favor of giving yourself a break every once and a while (I suggest at least once a week, but I’m no expert). So do what’s right for your body and give it a break every now and again.
