i thought you were my forever.

Do you ever think about me? Do you miss the way we talked? Do you wonder what I’m doing? Because I do.

I let myself indulge in this fantasy of you and I.

I know it probably doesn’t affect you at all. But it affects me everyday.

I’m selfish but only because I want to be the one to love you.

I felt my heartstrings cut off and my heart fall out of my chest.

I’d rather break in silence and watch you move on with life.

my heart only breaks for you, and my eyes only cry for you.

I hope and pray you won’t lose me and you’ll realize soon that what we had it’s always been there.

the days we don't talk are the longest.

 If you had just said don’t go, I’d have never left. 

i lived a lifetime with you in my head.

i regret my silence, letting you slip away while i stayed still.

it would be easier to end it all than to keep going, but if I do, I know I will come out strong.

But I would be a fool to hold onto that hope.  

One day I want to look back and have no regrets
