Hi Taylor!

My name is madie and for so long I’ve felt bad about posting on lgbt selfie night. For so long I’ve not felt like I’m valid in the community because while I now who I like I just have never had a date because of the stigma and I’m truthfully just scared. I’ve felt so wrong when I try and speak on the issues but lately after you helped me to find the courage to come out to my family after you released you need to calm down I’ve felt more in my element.

I know I like girls. I know who I am and the community has been so welcoming for me and I’m beyond thankful that you got to be a little part of that journey with me. Thank you for helping me see myself and who I am as something I should celebrate even through the parts that I don’t know about just yet. Thank you for helping me be able to talk to my family and just get that weight off of me.
