Oh okay so there’s a time for rest and a need for it after what I’ve been through but also getting up and going out makes me more emotional because I have to accept my new reality and the memories are sharper and stronger when I breathe fresh air and walk the world alone? So I have to go for solo walks and get dinner by myself and listen to music that makes me cry because that’s actually what will push me forward even though it hurts so bad it feels like there’s a hole in my chest?
