Goals, goals, goals. Have them!
What do you want to get from whatever situation youâre in? How is that going to help you in the long run? Think for the future of your own well-beingâ near and far.
for me, the biggest one right now is getting my debt paid off. getting my car paid off, and getting back to school for a second degree without sending myself over the edge by continuing to work sometimes 70 hour weeks.
-65k in debt from my first degree (private college, bachelors in psychology)
- 3k until my car is paid off (but even now, iâll have it paid off early)
-2k from my credit card (not even from frivolous spending, iâm the life line for both my parents which iâm putting to a stop because my dad taking advantage of my kindness)
-i want savings! at least 10
-find an SD, PPM situation, or SG situation, at least one this month thatâs âlong termâ capable
these are not overnight goals, obviously. all one day at a time but set yourself some goals and boundaries to work after. now that i have the big ones laid out, i want some little monthly goals that are monetary but also body/health/mind oriented.
-back to a gym schedule and start being the snack ya girl knows she can be
-save $500 by the end of this month (thatâs at least one months rent)
-regular nail salon upkeep (they were closed saturday, boo)
-make up that face every morning! even if itâs just basic!
-and cleanse and moisturize every single day (i do before bed)
-EAT REAL FOOD, BABE, PLEASE
