we've been writing together for a year and wow has it flown by , now i cannot imagine my life without you . you have this uncanny ability to cheer me up when i'm sad , and brighten any server we're in together just by saying hi and telling me how much you miss me . from our late night conversations , to our early morning shipping sessions , you've become apart of my routine . i carry you everywhere with me , a piece of your kindess , your strength , your patience . in case no one has told you today , you are cared for , you are loved , and you are so good . you teach me everyday about what it means to be a friend , what it means to be devoted , what it means to love someone . i told you once before but i know that good people exist because you are good , and i know that love exists because of how much i love you . my world wouldn't be the same without you in it . colors wouldn't be as bright , music not as melodic , and poetry wouldn't be a thing that makes sense to me anymore . you make poetry make sense . you turn me into poetry . does that make sense ? i hope so . you inspire the creative in me , and you make it impossible to not come back to writing , even when i swear to myself that i'll take a break , i always find myself coming home to you . even though we are separated by an entire ocean , you will never be any further than down the hall . you are the light at the end of the tunnel . you are everything to me . my best friend , my confidant , the person who inspires me to become a better writer . thank you for everything you have given me , please know i'd do anything for you . to end this EXTREMELY long paragraph professing my love for you , here's a list of other things i would do to show you how much i love you :

traverse an entire ocean just to deliever you mcdonald's at 3 am .

tell you that i love you more than words .

take in stray kittens on your behalf so when you finally come home you'd never be alone again .

give you a ship that didn't end in angst .

tell the moon that she is no longer the most beautiful thing that shines because you are .

and if that doesn't scream romance , i don't know what will . i like to think our entire lives there has been an invisible red string tying us together , i find you in everything , and i look for you in everyone . to prove that here's a small nonexhaustive list of things that immediately scream your name when i see them :
