Before any of you ask, yeah, this is about my fuckass colleague whom I have this epic yet sort of erotic rivalry with. No, I won’t say his name, because he’s basically like if Beetlejuice was marginally more attractive and also Chinese. So, if you were hoping to finally find out who I’m talking about in at least half of my vent posts, this is not the day, my friend.

Anyway, Beetlejuice and I were assigned to a group project because one of our company’s clients royally screwed our reputation over by going to a strip club or something like that. So, Boss Lady decides to send us on a cross-country trip to scout talent for the company to distract from the dumpster fire which is our most famous client’s public image right now.

Anyway, we embark on this two-week long road trip—because, you know, what the fuck else are you gonna do? It starts off badly enough, as is expected for his clown ass, but around the halfway mark, just as we were going from Ulsan to Busan, his car breaks down and he basically has this panic attack that I have to talk him down from (I know, some real romcom shit right there) and we end up kissing.

Then he doesn’t say more than half a word to me for the next week like some sort of frigid fuck, and I’m left wondering if I did anything wrong. Next thing I know, we’re back in Seoul, and I’m marching to his apartment half drunk to confront him and we end up having sex which, by the way, was phenomenal.

ANYWAY, it’s been, like, two days and he hasn’t said anything to me since then, he’s been avoiding me at work, screening my calls, and I’ve gotta admit that I’m stumped. Usually I’d know exactly what to do with an awkward, semi-attractive older guy, but I’m drawing a blank here AND I’M SUPPOSED TO ARRANGE OUR OFFICE HALLOWEEN PARTY WITH HIM.
