i know there are a lot of trans women that follow me so to all of you please please be kind to yourself and keep yourself healthy. if you can't do it for your own sake do it for the sake of the people that love you, i promise somebody loves you, and if you really feel like no one does then do it for me. it's easy for us to get so used to feeling ashamed that the shame feels like an inseparable part of you. i understand. loving yourself can feel wrong, insincere, but it's just a muscle that needs to be exercised. there will be ups and downs, but you can make yourself feel worthy of love, and i guarantee there are people who will love you - the whole you, with all your perceived faults, all the pain you carry. i don’t want to lose another one of us

Hey this had like 30 notes when I went to bed what happened-

It's with a heavy but hopeful heart that I watch Palestinian families fundraiser on here, slowly accumulating the precious little money to go around that they need to survive. However, not everyone is so lucky. A lot of Palestinians that have not had that kind of luck, that did not get early verification, that did not get massive platforms behind them from large bloggers, have approached me in my inbox, asking me kindly to do what I can for them. It kills me that I have so little to give myself, but I've seen this platform collectively raise enough to change someone's life. I've made a list of Palestinian fundraisers that are extremely low on funds, in the hope that drawing attention to people who have not been lucky at all can help turn that luck around. I know most of us can't possibly give enough to get all of these families safe in one go. But please, reblog this list. Pick one or two fundraisers, give what you can, and then keep track of it. Slowly, collectively, we can make a difference in these people's lives. aid is stopped altogether from entering northern gaza all the way back in february (that's 7 months ago, for anyone who's not keeping track), and it gets some lackluster headlines about israel "temporarily preventing supplies" (they have yet to allow any aid trucks through to this day). the ipc declares that north gaza is officially in the famine/catastrophe category not long after, and that also barely gets any western media attention. now the un has announced it has halted aid altogether, because of israel's sporadic evacuation orders and carpet bombing - and literally crickets. no major outlet is talking about it. this is giving the illusion that things have calmed down, when in reality they're the most dangerous they've ever been. people are starving and dying every day

asking you all to please continue donating to and sharing hazem's fundraiser, as his family in north gaza is being impacted by all this in live time. his parents and siblings (whom are literal children) live right by an aid distribution center, which is being regularly targeted by the iof every single day. this is not news. israel has been using starvation as one of its main terrorist tactics for months on end now. this is why it baffles me that hazem's fundraiser has completely flatlined. the difference between one donation and the next could cost his starving family their lives. please don't falter on this just because you're under the false impression that things have calmed down - or because you're struggling to care. things are worse than they've ever been. please, please spare what you can and share so more people can donate as well. this is incredibly time sensitive, but people are lacking much needed urgency.

online queer spaces (aka tik tok) can be so fucking dumb sometimes. like, in real life 20 year old and 40 year old dykes are making out at the bar and it’s fine. trans men and trans masc people will go to lesbian bars and it will be normal and acceptable to see them there. lesbians will fuck trans people (trans masc and femme people) and the world won’t end. someone at the gay bar will be wearing kink gear and no one will bat an eye. dykes will have moustaches and stubble and will be wearing a labrys and people are gonna fuck who they want and not fuck who they don’t want and that’s literally ok. being a part of a community means you will meet people who are different and who don’t fit your strict fucking rules of what is “acceptable” and what isn’t. and i feel badly for people who don’t understand what it’s like to live in a real-life community. let queer people be messy and confusing, no one in the real world cares.

Our fandom forbearers did NOT suffer through Anne Rice, strikethrough, and other bullshit for fucking ACOTAR and Harry Potter fans to fucking ruin it for all of us by selling fanfiction. I am not losing novel length yaoi epics because some of you don't know how to act in fannish spaces and yes I do blame the booktokification of fanfic but I also blame those of you that treat fandom like content to consume and not a community to engage with.

Seriously people, learn fandom etiquette. It exists, it exists for extremely good reasons, and it's been decades in the making.

You know the saying, 'OSHA regulations are written in blood'? Yeah, that applies to fandom etiquette. We didn't make this shit up to lord it over newcomers, these rules evolved as a form of fucking self-defense and by god we'll die on this hill.

So stop putting other people's fanfictions on KINDLE UNLIMITED!!!

Shout out to all the Black ppl that can no longer participate directly in the fandom they love because of the stresses of racism 👍🏾 you contain multitudes of value and I'm sorry that the color of your skin and the power of your voice makes people not want to acknowledge that.
