Every fight is toxic, every fight makes me feel as if we destroy something. Trust builts up so long and then is shattered with only one word. people might say that when trust is broken once, sorry does not mean anything anymore. But to me its different. We are human, breaking rules,breaking trust and not fullfilling expectations is natural. Especially in a relationship. If it’s not a major betrayal why would I mess up something so precious and special?
Most fights are also uneccessary. Small things without any meaning can lead to major fights and everyone is gonna cry and scream and feel bad afterwards and regret what they have said. And most of us always gonna make up shortly after it. So why keep doing this ? It’s so unimportant.
I cannot expect him to think,feel,act or talk in the same way I do. How boring would that be ? So why should I fight about what he has said or done wrong. Isn’t it just the wrong way for me. Maybe he acted right in his opinion. How arrogant to say someone did something wrong if I judge from my point of view only.
The last thing is forgiveness. We must forgive. We must not just say it we must do it. If not we are always going to bring up everything the other one has done wrong before and even if he already has apologized for it you bring it up and remember yourselves of all the flaws you both have. Why would anyone want this? Once forgiven is forgiven and we should all consider forgiving and forgetting because otherwise every human being is unable to stay together because everyone has flaws and we all make mistakes. Love is abour acepting flaws and forgiving and forgetting mistakes.
That’s the key to happiness I guess.
Keep in mind: Love should not be for your own benefit but for your partners.... do not make him feel bad loving you.
