I had a dream where I was digging up chests, and in each one was a corpse and their belongings. I was not greatly disturbed while in the dream, but when I recalled it, the images of twisted corpses in tight spaces unsettled me. My interpretation of this dream is that for a while I have felt trapped in my life, and recently I have begun the process of breaking out of it.

A piece about recognising, dealing with and accepting hatred. I am not hateful, but I am stubborn. When I have been wronged, I am very sensitive to it, then turns into a determination to improve my life. I do hold hatred towards someone who I used to love, and this person likely will never know how I truly feel behind this mask, but I am sick of letting them keep me in "my place". I have been empowered to live for myself, no matter what anyone's opinions are.

After losing my mam last year, I’ve found myself getting out of the house more to form connections with people and feel less isolated. Many people have helped me through this past year, but I’ve also had conflict that has left me feeling lost and frustrated. My self-preservation has caused me to mask certain parts of my personality and I am learning how to take it off as I transition to a new chapter of my life.
