(there’s a second link in there too) i’m always changing my routine and just by skimming through what I read previously, my whole routine, while it may not SEEM very different, has had a lot of changes done to it. in terms of diet, I feel like I fit into the idea of “slow cutting/bulking” where I don't eat a TON of excess calories when I bulk, and I don’t go on a huge defecit when I cut. you know I get a fair amount of fitness questions and. im making my own website right now, right? I might wanna make a forum like section where I can answer these fitness questions in a more organized format

9: I haven’t started hrt yet! im still very early in my transition, or at least in terms of my goals for it. you don’t have to have surgery to identify as whatever gender you are! personally, I do want breasts, and depending on how much growth I have in the oncoming years, I may or may not have top surgery. im only interested in bottom surgery if my hen stops working entirely, and even then I’d still probably keep it for a long time, even if I had the ability to get surgery (which is very expensive). while the source of some of my problems are due to social aspects, the main thing preventing me from transitioning faster is money.
