A meager vision of her that you’ve invented

This vision of love you imagined

What you perceive to be from above

A person won’t change because they love you.

A person will change because they love themselves.

You can tell someone they have a problem until you are blue in the face, but true change will only come when they person identifies, within themselves, a need for change.

The same goes for happiness. Extrensic happiness comes from the shared experiences...things....events, but it is fleeting.

Intrinsic happiness comes from within, it is part of ones personality, beliefs and self worth, it is the baseline for which all other types of happiness are measured and compared.

No one can make anyone else interically happy.

It is no ones else’s responsibility to do so.

You stayed because you’ve loved me longer,

And that is not fair to either one of us

Though it would be the death of me
