I love palutena because of her flaws and think they make her more believable and human. i wanna put her in a petri dish and shake her around and analyze all her problems I want her attitude to pit and her lack of personal communication to be a repeated pattern [stares at the medusa shaped hole in the wall] from being too emotionally guarded that leaks through as playful deflection so she’s sociable but only at an arms length and she likes her coffee cream with two sugars and no way me too girl
if I ever write a palu angst/character study I’d probably write it from Pit or Medusa’s perspective (or both). For some reason I find it fitting in a way I can’t reallyyy describe..? about understanding her through the people *around* her but never actually getting a look into her from her own head.
