Hey guys, I have been looking for new methods to improve the english skills, so, what I’m going to do today is share with you all guys a good experience that I had in a found method. It consists in take all words the you have learnt in a short period of time. The best would be 2 or 3 days, and then, elaborate a little essay or story-telling in which you must put all these words into !!!  Making a strange story it can become even more easy to remember all the words and its meanings… this have been working with me. I’m using this method for only one week…
I know that some things won’t make sense in this essay, but, this is the main purpose…
I hope it could help you too !!

What a great idea - thank you so much for sharing this with us, Romario! One thing that you could do to improve this activity is to list the new vocabulary that you are using. This will allow other members of ENS to help you to assess if you are using this new vocabulary correctly.
Your Podcast has an amazing message, one that is important for all members of ENS! Learning English can be a challenging goal to reach, however by sticking with our goals and by working together, we can achieve anything.
Here are some tips to help you to improve your speaking:
-Focus on your pronunciation of the letters ‘TH’, especially when they occur at the beginning of a word (ex. This). Your pronunciation of TH often sounds more like D. So, you can focus on improving this specific skill.
Can anyone else help Romario by providing him with some feedback??
Keep up the great work Romario!!Â
Yes, I can.
Romário, I recommend you turn to the BBC’s site, they have a section about pronunciation http://www.bbc.co.uk/worldservice/learningenglish/grammar/pron/
And one thing that I will do, is study the fonetic alphabet http://www.antimoon.com/how/pronunc-soundsipa.htm
Thanks for sharing with us, I will try your method. I'm listening to audios and I have learned more vocabulary but I haven't yet used them.
