break your fast with fresh fruit, fruit or vegetable juice, or vegetable broth. work your way through (unsweetened) yogurt, leafy greens, vegetables (cooked then raw), well-cooked grains, nuts, eggs, then anything you want. for a short fast, 1-4 days should do it. start with small and frequent meals, pay attention to your body so you don't hurt yourself, and as always, make sure to drink lots of water.
