Up and up

Here is the well-documented weight gain of this Canadian exjock. He lsot almost 50 pounds in the first half of 2024, then gained 85 in the second half. Then, he was quite silent during 2025, and came back January 1st 2026 at 310 lbs with the determination to lose weight. It went so successfully that he had to restart the journey at 317 lbs in February. He has actually lost some weight since.
