everyone talking about this being the first year without byler hope but this is the first year where byler is no longer the property of the duffers and that's something to celebrate

happy pride month to all the queer kids and adults that deserve to see their love and their identities represented on screen

mike not being able to say anything self-deprecating about himself as soon as he gets into a relationship with will, like he won't be able to say anything bad about himself ever. especially not when will's drunk bc he will burst into tears

in my mind, mike actually knows will better than anyone else alive, and i’m really not exaggerating. better than jon, than joyce, than literally will himself. whenever anyone is getting gifts for will, and when they don’t know what to get, they go straight to mike. he knows what will wants pretty much every time all the time. will will walk into the room, look around for a moment and go, “what did i come in here for..?” and mike, not looking up from what his book, goes, “pencils. you accidentally grabbed the other ones that you don’t like and you needed the sage green from the crayons set you like.” “right. how did you— never mind.”

Sometimes I spend too much time in the fandom and I start to worry that maybe I was just seeing what I wanted to in Byler. And then I rewatch literally any scene and it's the gayest shit ever
