This is a list of my completed and ongoing fics! I post as Sunshowersy on AO3, and I write slice-of-life Touhou fics and shippy stuff, sometimes with smut.

1. Reisen Adjacent

A series of interrelated shorts about Reisen Udongein Inaba as seen through the eyes of the villagers who interact with her. Circa 2006-2010. Expect a more Lunatic, less earthy Reisen.

2. Hour of the Rabbit

Reisen Udongein Inaba, moon rabbit deserter and exile, wants to bed fellow exile and immortal Princess Kaguya. However, before that, she'll have to deal with her past, her feelings, her body, her Princess herself, her former mentors, Earth...
A coming of age story (with occasional sex) about anxiety, awkwardness, and grit in the face of the former two. Set in 2005, a few months before POFV. Expect the terror and pleasure of first times, and a more worry-prone, less earthy Reisen.
Warnings: has smut, selfcest, dream smut, anxiety attacks, descriptions of injury, and copious amounts of awkwardness.

3. True History of the Bridge Princess

Hatate Himekaidou, sets out to write an article about Parsee Mizuhashi, the subterranean bridge princess. However, Parsee has grudges, and Hatate has some hangups of her own. Shocking secrets* will be revealed in this series of short letters!
Set a few weeks after Double Spoiler, autumn 2009. Expect Parsee to have a past husband, along with a strange letter-writing voice. Written for the “Welcome to Gensokyo” Zine.
*Secrets include banquet dishes and crushes and may not be shocking.
Chapter 1
4. Inopulent Rideshare in Modern Rurality
What if... the sages (actually probably Kasen) got their way, and opened up Gensokyo in the late 1990s? Probably not this. But in this AU, Reisen Udongein Inaba, recent moon rabbit deserter and exile, tries to make it in a Gensokyo slowly vanishing due to rural depopulation and a loss of magic (most denizens can't fly unaided anymore). This mostly consists of her working her odd-ends job, driving the Hourai Pharmacy's Daihatsu Be-Go, and taking it very easy. Also a conspiracy is afoot.
A cozy catastrophe AU story about being in your late twenties and being the only person in your friend group who has a working car. Expect small losses and small victories - a meandering, mundane story. No crying at the end. Also everyone has the most boring musical tastes, sorry. Set in a twilit 2020s.
