I've been thinking about London Traitor survived au... His personality changed completely after the London Incident. Or perhaps, it wasn’t that he changed, but he revealed his true colours. He was subsequently taken under the protection of the Duke of Wellington, who made sure he was well cared for and helped him to recover from his injuries (one eye was gouged out and his left wrist was broken and his entire body covered in marks of abuse and torture). (I hc he and the Duke of Wellington knew each other during the peninsular war before Arthur Wellesley became the first Duke of Wellington)

Wrote a very short story about the conversation he had with the Duke of Wellington during his recovery but too shy and too lazy to post here…

Bloodborne AU is like a prelude to bloodborne (imo the original bloodborne is set in 1860-1870), so yes the famous gang are old hunters but not exactly “the hunters” we are familiar with in the original bloodborne. In my mind the protagonist (player) is a mercenary hunter hired to retrieve artifacts from chalice dungeons across Europe, like they move between factions, gathering resources, forming uneasy alliances with NPCs on opposing sides of the war. Yes the NPCs are similar to old hunters,but they hunt beasts as soldiers/officers rather than hunters in Yharnam (maybe at this time Yharnam does not even exist).

Some clueless researchers found chalice dungeons before the French Revolution and brought the glimpse of the eldritch truth out of the dungeons…leading to major powers each independently discovered remnants of Great One activity and began exploiting them as military resources. Their collective failure to contain what they unleashed would, decades later, inspire the founding of the Healing Church in Yharnam (and the same mistake was repeated 🤣)

Bloodborne AU 3.5 I have convinced myself that Bloodborne AU is the original game. No idea how merch fabrication works, those will remain in my disk for a while.
