hi me. i get how you feel. i cant work, go to school, maintain my space or relationships ect. honestly i agree. not that their pain is invalid, but hearing my friends say “i understand, i get it” is so soul crushing because the reality is that someone who can work and attend school has absolutely no idea how i feel or what its like. they are disabled, their struggles are real. but, that doesnt make it hurt less that they can do so much more than me in every aspect and they somehow dont see that.

the world isn’t cruel, life doesn’t suck. being cruel is just easy for humans because of our innate desire for power, which many subconsciously perceive as safety. its easy to be mean and negative because people bend. dont bend to cruel people and dont think ‘thats just how it is’ because its not. things made things this way, and things can be improved. pessimism is easy, but lazy. dont be lazy and dont fold, especially in times like this.
