* 𝐬𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐫𝐨𝐩𝐬 ,

this is going to be a low activity blog because all of my muse resides in amanda @rollns and this crime multi :)))  the fandoms that have been moved are law and order : svu, criminal minds, 9-1-1, and chase.

      “ you know, when i heard that my baby sister was working for nypd, i had to come see it for my self before i had mom committed, but now i can totally see it, ” the blonde teases as she walks towards her baby sister, a small smile starting to grow on her face. “ you always were the calmest voice in the middle of the storm. ” years had passed since she had stepped foot in manhattan, but as soon as her plane had landed, the second eldest stabler child knew who she wanted, no, needed, to see first. as much as she loved her mom and other siblings, the bond she had with her baby sister was much stronger than the bond she had with any one else in her family. 

𝐒𝐇𝐄  𝐒𝐇𝐈𝐕𝐄𝐑𝐒,      𝐅𝐔𝐙𝐙𝐘  𝐏𝐔𝐋𝐋𝐎𝐕𝐄𝐑      only  doing  so  much  to  shield  her  from  the  harsh  new  york  winds  .    the  sound  of  a  unmistakable  voice  seems  to  warm  her  from  the  inside  the  second  it  hits  her  ears,    and  it  causes  her  gaze  to  lift  immediately  .      ❝      kathleen?      ❞      purse  that  was  hung  from  her  shoulder  drops  to  the  crook  of  her  elbow,      a  bright  smile  finding  a  home  on  her  face  while  lights  reflect  the  happy  tears  that  were  already  forming  in  her  eyes  .      ❝      KATHLEEN!      ❞      lizzie  closes  the  distance  between  them  in  record  time,    arms  flinging  around  elder  sister  the  second  she  was  within  reach  .      ❝      i’ve  missed  you  so  much!      ❞      voice  cracks,    and  grip  is  tightened  before  she  begins  to  ease  up  .      ❝      i  talked  to  you  this  morning  and  you  left  out  this  little  detail?!      ❞

        “     hey,     “     she  fidgets,  right  thumb  pressing  in  to  the  palm  of  her  left  hand  as  she  sits  in  their  family  home,  leaning  forward  with  her  elbows  on  her  knees  at  the  kitchen  table.     “     did  you  see  it  ?     “     no  need  to  clarify.  kathleen  had  called  maureen  the  moment  she  saw  liv’s  picture  on  the  news.  her  jaw  crooks  slightly  as  she  glances  from  her  little  sister  to  her  phone.     “     i  texted  him  …  i  don’t  know  when  he’ll  get  it  though,  he  only  just  made  contact  last  week.     “

𝐄𝐘𝐄𝐒  𝐋𝐈𝐅𝐓  𝐅𝐑𝐎𝐌  𝐁𝐎𝐎𝐊,    a  sigh  escaping  lips  as  she  sets  the  paperback  down  on  the  coffee  table  .      ❝      of  course  i  did,    maur  .      i  was  with  kathleen when  she  called  you  i  was  just  ...  on  the  phone  with  mom  .      ❞    hand  runs  through  golden  tresses  as  she  rises  from  the  couch,    teeth  nibbling  gently  at  the  skin  of  her  bottom  lip  .      ❝      i  texted  him  before  this  happened  and  he  still  hasn’t  respond  .      ❞      throat  is  cleared  as  shoulders  come  up  in  a  non  -  hopeful  shrug  while  she  sits  across  from  maureen  .      ❝      he  should  be  here  .      ❞      lizzie  shakes  her  head,    fists  clenching  tightly  beneath  table    :    subtle  anger  she  called  it  .      ❝      the  least  we  could  do  for  her  is  to  get  ahold  of  dad  but  we  can’t  even  do  that  .      ❞

❝     RIGHT,  BECAUSE  EVEN  PLASTIC  WRAP  WASN’T  ACCEPTABLE,     ❞     that,  he  will  never  stop  reminding  maddie  about———  lips  curled  lopsidedly,     &     over  -  bright  eyes  following  her  movements  with  a  twinkle  of  mischief  before  evan  takes  both  of  the  plates  offered  to  him.     (  he  profoundly  ignores  her  glare,  unbothered,     &     overall  more  than  happy  to  indulge  her  whims.  unlike  him,  she  has  always  been  far  more  consistent  with  her  basic  rules.  )     ❝     how  come  we  are  going  for  greasy  pizza  when  i  could  have  cooked  us  something  anyway  ?  not  that  i  am  complaining  about  the  carbs.  but  i  am  treating  lunch  territory  now.  carefully———  with  bobby’s  guidance,  but  there  is  improvement.     ❞

𝐓𝐇𝐄𝐑𝐄’𝐒  𝐀  𝐃𝐈𝐒𝐓𝐈𝐍𝐂𝐓  𝐑𝐎𝐋𝐋  𝐎𝐅  𝐇𝐄𝐑  𝐄𝐘𝐄𝐒,      one  she  clearly  has  no  intention  of  hiding  from  younger  brother  as  he  speaks  .      ❝      well,    if  there  was  hole  in  the  plastic  i  would’ve  had  a  giant  grease  stain  on  my  brand  new,    light  colored  couch    -    it  was  and  still  is  a  valid  concern  .      ❞    eyebrows  raise  as  she  points  a  finger  in  his  direction,    smile  breaking  out  across  her  face  as  eyes  crinkle    (  the  indication  of  a  genuine  maddie  buckley  smile  )  .      ❝      we’re  going  for  greasy  pizza  because  sometimes  your  big  sister  just  needs  a  pizza  night  .      c’mon,    it’s  been  like  that  since  we  were  kids  and  i  don’t  think  it’s  going  to  be  changing  anytime  soon  .      ❞      maddie  sits  next  to  him,    taking  a  sip  of  her  wine  before  grabbing  a  slice  of  pizza  from  the  box  .      ❝      but  i’ll  make  you  a  deal    ━    next  time,    you  can  have  full  control  in  the  kitchen  and  i’ll  just   ...   hover  .      ❞

          “   my   ,   you’ve   grown   so   big   .   ”   lithe   digits   move   to   brush   hair   from   her   sister’s   forehead   ,   grinning   as   golden   strands   blend   into   the   rest   of   her   hair   .   “   and   you’re   so     beautiful     !     i   can   hardly   believe   it   .   ”   she   loosens   her   grip   ,   just   enough   to   look   at   her   sister’s   face   .   she’s   matured   some   ,   grown   a   little   ,   hair   falls   perfectly   in   a   golden   cascade   over   her   shoulders   .   they   were   both   the   spitting   image   of   their   grand - mère   .   “   i   come   bearing   news   ,   gabi   .   great   ,   great   news   .   ”

❝      𝐍𝐎𝐓  𝐀𝐒  𝐁𝐄𝐀𝐔𝐓𝐈𝐅𝐔𝐋  𝐀𝐒  𝐘𝐎𝐔  !      ❞        there’s  a  soft  giggle  as  gabi  tightens  her  grip  on  fleur  once  more  before  spindly  arms  unwind  and  chin  once  settled  on  her  elder  sister’s  shoulder  now  pulls  away  .      ❝      oh  !      ❞      gabi  reaches  behind  her  head,    dainty  fingers  fiddling  with  the  flowers  woven  through  her  clouds  of  pale  blonde  tresses  .    after  a  second,    a  small  clump  of  baby’s  breath  is  removed  and  pale  fingers  tuck  the  tiny  white  flowers  behind  fleur’s  ear  .      ❝      jumelles  !      ❞      gabrielle  giggles,      bell  -  like  laugh  falling  from  petal  pink  lips  .      eyes  light  up,    hands  taking  hold  of  her  sisters  before  giving  them  a  squeeze  .      ❝      good  news  ?!      ❞    gabi  pulls  the  two  towards  the  couch  as  she  takes  a  seat,    legs  tucking  beneath  her  .    ❝      please,  share  share  !      ❞
