Before sending a message, please look over this list of frequently asked questions to see if yours has been addressed here first. It helps keep the dash free from being clogged with repeated answers.
* this list can be updated after someone asks a question that isnโt covered by the rules / faq.
Q. How do I get my blog on the masterlist?
A. Just reblog one of the promo posts! Make sure that you have a rules somewhere. If you are an OC, please have an about page. If you have a FF / KH verse, please have it clearly listed on your blog.
Q. If my muse is from [insert series name] and not FF or KH, can I still be added to the masterlist?
A. Yes, you're just required to have a visible FF / KH verse on your blog, and to follow the tag instructions.
Q. What are WoLs counted as? Canon or OC?
A. WoLs are unique in the sense they are your oc but canonically appear in the final fantasy universe as you experience it. It's been determined that they are canonical, and will appear under the WoL category for the game they appear in. Make sure to note which game your WoL appears in as they exist in multiple games across the series.
Q. How do I get my blog added if my character can fit on more than one list?
A. Muses are categorized first and foremost by the series they appear in. They can apply for both lists as long as they are involved in that universe. For example, a Cloud muse. He originates in FF7, but also appears in the KH series. If your Cloud is entirely focused on FF7 then itโs recommended to just reblog the FF promo post. If he has a KH verse, then make sure to note that in the tags when you reblog the FF promo. Heโll be added to both masterlists. If your Cloud is solely based around his KH appearance then itโs best to reblog the KH post.
Q. I reblogged the promo post. Why havenโt I been added yet? When can I expect to be?
A. Please be patient. As mentioned before, I am but one person. Rest assured that youโre not purposefully being ignored, but any number of other reasons could be the cause for the delay.
The lists generally update on Saturday, and blog updates show the last time all the notifications have been caught up on. If you reblogged a promo post after that listed date, then I may have not seen it yet. If you reblogged it before that date, itโs could be that you were either missed (if so, please message me) or you failed to follow tag instructions (if so, youโre free to try again after deleting the first reblog).
If I canโt find information on your muse(s) or rules, I might set your blog aside while I add others to the list. Once Iโve added those who do have that information listed, Iโll reach out to you to ask for the information I need. If you would like to reach out to me first, then it may make me add you to the list faster!
Q. Why do I have to tag my reblog in such a specific way?
It's requested in this format to keep it simple and clean. It make it easier for me to place muses in the correct masterlist. Tagging it like this, for example [ #muse / canon or oc / single multimuse, #rp tag, #promo tag ] is fine. Tagging it like [ #musename, #canon, #single, #khrp, #promo, #keYBLADE ] is not. Reblogs like this can become easily become a nightmare to sort through and make sense of, and I'm not about that. If you fail to tag properly, you risk having your reblog dismissed.
Q. Will I be removed from the masterlist for inactivity?
A. Blogs will only be removed if the person running it requests it or itโs been deleted / archived. However, in order to keep information valid on the masterlist, if a month or two has passed with no activity or thereโs a hiatus notice theyโll be given an โinactiveโ label. This label can be removed if activity resumes.
Q: If thereโs a blog on the masterlist run by someone problematic, can i let you know?
A: If problematic means an actual, genuine danger to the wellbeing of others and not a personal / easy to solve / pointless dispute, then by all means yes! Provide sources and Iโll determine if the blog requires immediate termination from the masterlist.
Q. Can I join as a moderator?
A. At the moment, weโre not accepting new mods. Perhaps in the future, but thanks for the interest!
