Sometimes the hardest part of an expedition is the de-rig. Folks are tired, they are beginning to shift focus towards personal life to-dos that became eclipsed by the adventure of it all... and with 40 degree hi's and blowing winds similar to our climbing days, most aren't willing to roll up their sleeves, get their hands wet and do some hard cleaning of the equipment that kept them alive. Kudos to this year's maiden voyage participants of spring break 2017: Pisgah backpack and climbing trip.. . They worked hard to the very last step. They even helped vacuum and wash the vans of other returning spring break trips because they're that awesome. Nice work team- I can't say I can call you faffers for much longer. These jokers just handled the Linville Gorge back country. A successful spring break of back country navigation, cooking and other campcraft complete with an intro to intermediate climbing technical systems and a surprise visit to @outwardboundnc !!! Coming neck to morgantown tomorrow..... what a magical place.
