Depressed is the Feeling that controls me . As young as I can remember depression has had a grip over me . I can’t let go . As Soon as I think I’m better I’m worst . Some days wanting the feelings to go away . Wanting to feel nothing at all , not even a heart beat . Attempting to stab myself at times . I feel so shamed . I feel so ashamed of depression . I feel so ashamed for ever feeling this way then why do I still feel like this way . Why can’t I stop it . I cry and cry and wished not to be weak but I am . I’m very weak . I wish weakens didn’t exist . I wish depression didn’t exist . I wish mental illness didn’t exist but it does . Don’t tell me I’m weak , don’t tell me I’m sensitive. Just give me a reason to live . Love me for the weak person I am . Lift me up from thus curse , this cloud of darkness over me !
