I wish there was more to this caption. But there isn’t.

Women are oppressed everywhere. But the details are lost to us because we are often forced into silence, threatened and mocked when we voice our struggles.
"Life as an American woman is hard".
Oh but your life is better than any Indian woman so shut up
"Life as an Indian woman is hard"
Oh but your life is better than any Saudi woman so shut up
And so on from people determined to keep us silent and docile.
These are a series of posts which talk about various ways in which women in India experience daily life. From birth to death. India is incredibly diverse with language, culture and religion so I won't be able to cover everything. But a majority of women in India can probably find something in common with most of the posts.
Disclaimers: These are my anecdotes I may not cover every single aspect but I wanted to start a discussion here and perhaps raise some awareness. English also is not my first language, so cut me some slack :) Feel free to ask questions, discuss and let me know if there’s something new you found out!
Nice things will come but first you have to lose all faith in humanity, get an eating disorder, wish for death because of the education system and traumatise your father back
My most favourite BL manhwa.
So, I have been reading a lot of BL from past 2-3 years and one anime that grew on me is " Love for Sale" This manhwa is soo sweet, and is like rain after a very warm day. The two main characters, one is Namwoo, a University student, who is struggling with little financial issue so, busy with part time job and another is CEO of Echo Publication, Choi Si Eon, who is rich, but he has twisted idea of love, he thinks in love you must give everything to the other person, without getting something back, and love ends right there when you are unable to make your partner feel content. Why I love this story so much, let me write it.
1. How beautifully they complete each other.
I mean, Namwoo needs Someone, with who he can be a baby, who loves him and pampers him, who supports him.Si Eon needs someone who can love him unconditionally.
2. The Character Development
The way, Namwoo was able to rely on Si Eon and Si Eon at the end because able to love someone.
3. The very lovely intimate scenes
The major problem we saw with Yaoi is, lack of tenderness in intimate scenes, they are usually filled by jealousy and all. This manhwa has the best scenes that will surely make butterflies in your stomach flutter with happiness, and you will make squeaky voice, ( the very common squeaky voice, straight women, produce while reading BL, filled with love and admiration, that.)
4. Colour Pallette
This manhwa is in purple colour, like Semantic Error is Pink.
5. The realism.
Both the characters are quite real and filled with virtue and Vices, love them.
6. Lovely side characters.
Here I am only talking about Namwoo's sister.
If you are finding something mature and beautiful to read, this manhwa is for you. ❤️

I want to talk about my most favourite anime character of all times, and that is - Ugetsu Murata from Given.
- Ugetsu is a violin genius, and from young age, he was reserved kid, like he talked with everyone, but he never opened up with anyone, and No one really tried to get close to him, either.
- For the first time, he fell in love with Kaji Akihiko, who could see sadness behind his perfect face and, Ugetsu gave his all to him. He said that he loved Kaji to death.
- Kaji, on other hand was really in love with Ugetsu but at the same time, he was concious of the fact how amazing violinist, Ugetsu is! , and this jealousy made him, leave violin (Kaji himself liked to play violin) and opt for drums.
- Ugetsu knew that, and he also knew how his talent is hurting Kaji and his aspirations, and then he decided to leave the relationship for Kaji's sake, but It was difficult. Afterall Ugetsu is a human who loved someone with all his heart.
- in the movie, when Kaji and Ugetsu have their night together, the very next day, Ugetu knew he is again going to trap, kaji into a relationship that will eventually hurt Kaji, but the path he chose was wrong one, he slept with someone other and texted Kaji not to come home that day, but at the same time, Kaji was also spending his time with someone else, so who to blame?
- people seems to like Kaji, totally forgetting the fact that he forced himself on Haruki, knowing that Haruki likes him.
- At the end, he let him go, and opted for his music. His music is only thing that was important to him, that never left him. Being in introvert, he fused his feelings with strings of violin.
Ugetsu wanted to understood by someone, and someone who will be proud to be with him, and not be jealous of his talent. He is tragic beauty.
Ugetsu Murata. ❤️🎻
