i literally will not tell people who are hurting me that they’re hurting me because i’m afraid of hurting them by telling them they’re hurting me it’s such a mess

It sucks being so messed up that you constantly need to be told that you’re wanted and why you’re wanted, but being too afraid to say you need to hear it constantly because you don’t want to be annoying or a pain or selfish.

Do you ever meet someone and you just think to yourself, wow, I hope this person never feels sad. They don’t deserve that.
