For starters, you can see the notebook paper is heavily decorated, likely due to Miku's doing, seeing as another image with her ID card also has doodles and stickers of stars and hearts, including angel wings on her ID making it clear to us, the viewers, that Miku is a very expressive girl.

She even drew Teto in a rather cutesy chibi style, with Teto(with the black ink) pointing an arrow with a sentence in response)

Next, notice that the use of Japanese and Korean mixed in the writings as well, just like in the song's lyrics. Miku (with the bluish pen) uses "ㅎㅎ" twice. Being someone who neither speaks Korean or Japanese, I assumed it was another kaomoji Teto drew, like one on the top right, but as I were to find out with a help of Google, that is actually a way to laugh in Korean (sort of like how you say "jajaja" in Spanish! never knew that!)

But I want to hold my potential thoughts as to why this could is, when we reach to Miku's sheet.

Teto's reply on the drawing, while also looking on Google, is meant to mean "Is this me...?" basically. Based on the ellipses at the end, Teto is surprised at the drawing of her, making Miku laugh.

Before I forget to mention it. The words on the note at the top are like this. This was with the help of a translator.

"I have something I want to say" - Miku

"What's up?" - Teto (I think? this is like a casual way of say "What?" In Japanese)

"Se~cret haha" - Miku (this one was in Korean)

This is basically Miku wanting to tell Teto about her feelings, but chickens out to act as her cheery self to not place suspicion onto Teto out of embarrassment.

Okay, I think I spent a long time just talking about this page alone, so I'll move onto their individual ones! In this case: Teto!

In comparison to Miku, Teto isn't someone who puts stickers and draws hearts and such, being a organized person it seems, but has left the drawing Miku made onto her notebook using washi tape like they did on the first image. On her wallpaper phone, Miku is there. Obviously, Miku means a lot to Teto, and the fact that she's able to get her to show more genuine aspects of her personality (like being pouty), helps Teto a lot I'd imagine. One thing I want to talk about in her image, I'm sure you noticed, is something written down, yet scribbled with pencil. Now I'm being so for real here, I would have not known what that message said if it weren't for someone on Twitter pointing it out, in English none the less so genuinely thanks to this person!!

This message here is certainly a reference to the conflict of the MV, both Teto and Miku being amazed by each others dancing talents, to the point of idolization and comparison in a unhealthy way. Thus the line "am I just not meant to be that girl?" from Teto's perspective. It definitely must hurt seeing that someone younger, is better at the thing you love to do, but be expected to guide them anyhow, knowing you want to be that person, right? Not saying Miku didn't feel a inferiority complex herself. She certainly did, looking up to Teto.

Hey, so remember when I said I wanted to hold my thoughts of why Japanese and Korean is used in numb numb until we reached Miku' page? Well, nows the time!!!

Look at the first thing on Miku's list... You wanna know what that says? デビュー, or debut in English, a term that is used in not just the jpop sphere, but ALSO the kpop space, associated with the trainee era of a performaner's life... practicing usually In a DANCE STUDIO– you know, the one we see MIKU AND TETO IN??? DO YOU GUYS GET WHAT IM GETTING AT????

This means they both are under the same entertainment company to train to becoming kpop idols, and because they don't have Korean first and last names, they must have moved from Japan!!!!! It's explains the use of Korean and the overall feel of the instrumental, along with English lyrics such as "keep it cover blue" because kpop idols learning English is often a part of their training, since many idols do this!! And when you look at the kind of music adolescent girls are listening to a lot in Japan, and the type of job girls dream about doing in the future, in that country nowadays, looking at surveys, it's exactly that— KPOP!!! (Mikuteto in the context of "numb numb" are definitely not adults, being they both use the first person pronoun "あたし/atashi", a term you usually hear girls say, besides women who use it to sound preppy compared to saying "私/わたし/watashi" being seen as more 'proper')

God I love the use of realism for this song!!! Tak you GENUIS.

Anyway, another important that to note on Miku's bucket list, is something that says "テトに告", but you can't see what else is written since the card is blocking the way. I saw a comment in the same Twitter post mention the whole kanji is definitely 告白, and after searching what other kind of kanji fits the first one, they're right I think, because guys look at what I found on jisho.com

Again, I don't know ANY japanese, but it makes so much sense because Teto and Miku very much want to tell each other something right through the course of a year, which the song takes place, and the song places heavy emphasis on "feelings"!!! THEIR FEELINGS!!!!!

Plus she has a picture of Teto with a pink paper heart next to it. If that's not gay to some people, then I don't know what is.
