If only all of America or even half of America knew about these benefits 😌🙏🏼 Instead of being rude or angry, they'd be sayin' "Namaste right here on my happiness cloud.". 🌟☁️ 😉😉 If you have never meditated or if you have and you just don't do it as consistently as you used to or would like to, then start now! It will truly change your mind, your heart, your health, among many other things. ❤️ Don't ever feel like you're pressured into being perfect about it either. If you can't stay focused on stillness, then that's fine! It happens! But just like a muscle you exercise, so is the mind. The more you exercise it, the stronger it gets 💪🏼 In due time you'll be a pro! Start with 5 minutes if you want and then work your way up! 10....15....20....25....30.... From personal experience, we're only 6 days into the new year and I started meditating again on January 2nd and I can already FEEL a huge difference. I feel happier, calmer, quicker to brush off anger or a negative thought....my anxiety, I feel, is slowly moving its way back out of my life again. I'm more at peace. AND at the same time, I feel like it's easier for me to manifest the things that I want! It's TRULY AMAZING! Now stop reading this and get to sitting still with your eyes closed!!!
