what type of succulents do you have? some, like the living stones, are done from seeds (which i don't have any experience with) but most of them you’re able to propagate through leaf cuttings and “beheadings”.

hmm.. maybe it is normal then? good to know mine’s not alone in that at least :)

most of what i’ve read deals with issues of over watering, but i’ve been pretty careful not to do that. maybe i just need to clean off the old soil and repot it? it might be the peat moss that’s covering the top of the soil. does yours have that?

they're alive!!!! how freaking cute are these baby plant nubs?

all of the decapitated heads are rooting now, but i'm still waiting for the other leaf cuttings to sprout.

this guy is the next to be propagated.
