And yes, I use the word survive because we develop survival tactics to cope. 🤣Some examples are holding our pee for 14hrs, NPO for 12hrs while being physically active and super mentally alert, maintaining composure while dealing with a dozen irate relatives, zero pain scale while hitting table corners running for stat orders and a lot more. 🙈
