Developing the tendency to classify others as ‘inferior’ or ‘equals’ as a coping mechanism because you need to be better and you’re really hypersensitive to criticism but you’ll never admit that to anyone

People insinuating that they are somehow superior to you makes you so fucking angry, you want to destroy them even though it’s not an ‘appropriate response’ and it was a ‘joke’

Relying either on validation or impulsive self-destructive behaviour to feel something other than chronic emptiness and to feel good about yourself 

Low empathy moods where you can’t exactly tell anyone that bc then they’ll avoid you so you have to pretend to be warm, engaging and nice even when you can’t. And progressively feeling more irritated/frustrated because of that, that you snap. Then you’re a bad person. You’re toxic and monstrous and abusive. Bc low empathy is evidently not a thing to others

Not being able to tell anyone about your actual problems because you need to keep up the illusion of being flawless, in control and perfect. Also because realistically you’re unable to fully trust anyone with the power to potentially backstab you in the future
