Ingredients: 3 lbs pork ribs. 1 cup BBQ sauce. 1/4 cup brown sugar. 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar. 1 tsp garlic powder. 1 tsp onion powder. 1/2 tsp smoked paprika. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: In a small bowl, mix together BBQ sauce, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Place ribs in the slow cooker. Pour the BBQ sauce mixture over the ribs, ensuring they are evenly coated. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours, or until the ribs are tender and cooked through. Optional: Before serving, you can transfer the ribs to a baking sheet and broil in the oven for a few minutes to caramelize the BBQ sauce.
